understand information in order to answer key questions

The
following activities are to be drafted (on draft paper) and published (in
reading books) within the next three weeks.
Do not rush your way through the activities as three weeks is more than
enough time to get the work done.
ACTIVITIES
TO BE DONE:
- Read and complete
activities booklet for: A world of Farms.
- Write a point of view
on dairy farming vs sheep farming in Southland.
- Write an Explanation
on How Fruits and Vegetables get from the farms to people.
- Write a poem on a
type of farming.
- Create a fact page on
one type of farming that you have studied.
- Write a story that
involves something to do with farming.
Set
activities out in your reading book, make sure you number and date at the start
of your activities.
Books
will be taken in when work is completed and marked.
prior knowledge
Prior knowledge is when you have sort of got an idea of something or something you have seen before or know a bit about it before you read.
